The RUN YOUR CITY SERIES will mark a momentous milestone – 10 years of sensational road running – at the Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K, set to take place in the heart of the Mother City on Sunday, 11 May 2025. Entrants can look forward to an unforgettable on-route experience that truly sets this event apart.

The Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K route is unforgettable for its stunning coastal and cityscape views. Starting in Milnerton and finishing in the Cape Town CBD, runners are treated to breathtaking ocean vistas, iconic landmarks, and the constant presence of majestic Table Mountain ahead—offering a true taste of the Mother City's vibrant atmosphere.
